The Eureka Building is the first of its kind in Southern California. A 3-acre campus designed to offer Southern California based entrepreneurs a centrally-located, all-inclusive, utilitarian space where creativity can flourish and business can thrive.​

Launched in January 2014, the Eureka Building is a 46,000 square-foot creative office, co-working and event campus in Irvine designed to accelerate innovation and support local entrepreneurship. The campus also features a 20,000 square-foot outdoor venue, on-site cafe and other amenities to support its tenants and the region's startup community.
